Brussels Sprout Caesar Wrap with Portobello “Bacon”
Brussels Sprout Caesar Salad Wrap with Smokey Portobello “Bacon.” This taste like the “real” thing only better!!
MUSHROOMS:
10 large portobello mushrooms, washed and patted dry
2 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs liquid aminos
4 tsp agave
2 tsp liquid smoke
¼ tsp onion powder
DRESSING:
1 (16 oz) pack silken tofu
¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbs olive oil, or oil of choice
3 tsp spicy brown mustard
2 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
2 tsp liquid aminos
1 tsp agave
¼ tsp salt + pepper
juice of 1 lemon
WRAP:
6 cups shredded brussels sprouts
2 cups chopped lacinado kale (or more brussels sprouts)
whole wheat or gluten free wraps of choice
