Honey Dijon Dressing
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Brussels Sprouts Salad
6 cups shaved brussels sprouts
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
¼ cup candied pecans
