Ingredients
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup oat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
6 tablespoons aquafaba
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 cup dairy free buttermilk (see notes below for how to make)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
coconut oil for frying pancakes
