This smoothie will brighten your day as you blend together cantaloupe, green grapes, turmeric and mint. It is packed with vitamins and minerals to give your body a healthy boost.
Ingredients
1 cup cubed cantaloupe, frozen or fresh
cantaloupe seeds from half of cantaloupe
1/2 cup green grapes, frozen or fresh
1 cup spinach
5 mint leaves
half stalk of celery
1 chunk of carrot
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
juice of 1/2 lime
1 cup almond milk
7 cashews (optional)
1 tbsp of Chia Seeds (optional)
water if needed
