Carrot Cake Smoothie

It’s carrot cake in a healthy smoothie form! While they’re not necessary, feel free to add in any extras that you like (yogurt, nut butter, chia seeds, etc)
Ingredients
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 green apple, chopped and frozen
½ cup frozen pineapple
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup milk of choice
Optional extras: Yogurt, nut butter, crazy superfoods
Toppings: Shredded coconut, walnuts, raisins, etc.
