Granola with a hint of chai flavor. Can be gluten free if you use gluten free oats.
Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds or slivered almonds
1/4 cup flax seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
scant 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
