2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon tapioca starch (or corn starch)
1½ ounces (3 tablespoons) cream cheese, room temperature
⅛ teaspoon salt
1¼ cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
⅓ cup dried chamomile
1 cup honeycomb pieces
