1 bunch chard, leaves and stems chopped and separate
1 small onion, chopped
6 large eggs
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper, or to taste
3 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
