These savory waffles are perfect with a bowl of soup at dinner or for something a little different at breakfast.
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
6 eggs
1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
2 tbs. sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1 tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs fresh herbs, minced
