Cheese Stuffed Grilled Banana Peppers

Prep time: 15 mins
Cook time: 7 mins
Total time: 22 mins
Serves: 5 peppers

This dish is the perfect mix of spicy, savoury and indulgent. Hot banana peppers are stuffed with cheese and grilled until charred and filled with gooey, melty cheesy goodness. These are perfect for game day, a fun party snack or appetizer or as an accompaniment to veggie burgers or other BBQ items.

Ingredients

5 whole banana peppers (any colour of pepper is fine)
⅓ cup grated sharp cheddar
¼ cup crumbled feta
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
