Ingredients
1 medium spaghetti squash, roasted and flesh removed
2 1/2 cups kale, chopped
1 medium zucchini, diced
1/2 red bell pepper, diced
1/3 cup onions, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil (add more if necessary)
1 cup milk
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 TBS olive oil, divided
1 TBS coconut flour
salt and pepper to taste
