Ingredients
½ cup oats
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
¼ cup coconut oil, frozen and cubed
¼ cup almond milk
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
A generous ⅓ cup pitted and quartered fresh cherries
⅓ cup chopped dark chocolate chunks
Turbinado sugar for sprinkling on top (optional)
