1 banana, previously sliced and frozen
1 cup (225 g) pitted fresh cherries
½ cup (118 mL) vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt + ¼ tsp vanilla extract, can sub dairy-free alternative)
¼ cup (60 mL) milk (or dairy-free alternative)
