A chewy snack bar for a healthy on the go meal or snack made with nuts, seeds, dates, and bananas.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds (with 6 tablespoons water)
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
½ cup (about 12) pitted dates
¼ cup coconut oil
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large ripe bananas
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
