Chia Seed Parfait – excellent breakfast treat or a light afternoon dessert
Ingredients
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup firm yogurt (like Greek Yogurt)
1/4 cup prepared sugar-free pudding
1 cup chopped fruit (I used peach and grapes)
1 Tbsp bran flakes, crushed
sweetener (agave syrup or honey), to taste
