Every baker should have an amazing Chocolate Cake in their repertoire! Its almost too good to be true – Dairy free & Delicious!
Ingredients
Dry:
2 Cups flour
2 Cups granulated sugar
1 Cup dutch cocoa
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
2 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon cayenne powder
Wet:
3 Eggs
1½ Cups coconut or other dairy free yoghurt
1½ Cups strong coffee
½ Cup neutral oil (vegetable, ricebran etc)
¼ Teaspoon vanilla extract
Icing/Ganache:
250 Grams dark (50%+) chocolate – dairy free
200 mls Coconut cream
½ teaspoon salt
