Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Tart
A gluten free Chocolate Cranberry Pecan Tart that’s the perfect dessert for the Holidays.
For the Tart Dough
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sweet white rice flour
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 plus 1/8 tsp. salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and chilled
1 tsp. vanilla extract
For the Filling
1 cup raw pecan halves
2 tablespoons sweet white rice flour
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 cup fresh cranberries, halved
