Chocolate Hazelnut Madeleines brushed with bourbon and sprinkled with powdered sugar are the perfect Christmas treat.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup hazelnut flour/meal
2 tablespoons Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup, plus 2 tablespoons, unsalted butter, divided
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
6 eggs, at room temperature
1 tsp. Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon, plus 1 tsp., honey
3-4 tablespoons bourbon
Powdered sugar, for dusting
