Clean and Simple Black Bean Dip

This black bean dip is a definite crowd-pleaser and very easy to prepare. Brian and I love spicy, but you can adjust the spice by adding less hot sauce if you like. Eat it with chips, raw veggie dippers, put it on salads, baked sweet potato, you name it. I really don’t think you can go wrong with this fantastic dip 🙂
Ingredients
2 cans black beans drained and rinsed
2 roasted red peppers (can purchase pre-roasted or make homemade roasted red peppers)
1 Tbsp lemon juice (or juice of a half lemon)
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Hot sauce to taste
