Cleansing Vegetable Turmeric Soup

1 medium carrot, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped

¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 32-ounce carton vegetable broth
3-4 cups water
1 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
½ teaspoon black pepper, plus more to taste
3 cups cauliflower florets, chopped
1 15-ounce can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 7-ounce package shirataki noodles, drained
