Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup golden milled flaxseed (ground flaxseed)
2/3 cup sweetened coconut
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon coconut extract
