This Coleslaw is decadently rich and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness – you will not believe it is a healthier version of the holiday classic.
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt of choice (I used coconut)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
optional: 2 teaspoons maple syrup/agave
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
16 ounce bag shredded cabbage
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
1/2 apple, cut into thin strips
