Cornmeal Cookies with Lemon Icing

A great little cornmeal cookie, with just the perfect amount of sweetness, made a little zingy with a drizzle of Lemon Icing!

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 cup coarse cornmeal
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon fine grain salt
½ cup (1 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
2-4 tablespoons ice water
