Ingredients
8oz Cashews (Soaked in Water 1 hour Minimum)
1/2 Medium Potato (baked)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 bunch Collard Greens (Coarsely Chopped)
1 Medium Leek (Chopped)
3 stalks Celery (Chopped)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
dash hot sauce (to taste)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (garnish)
