Creamy Lime Pasta with Crispy Fennel

This recipe combines cashew cream with lime, wild garlic and chives, which adds a fresh, herbal note to the creamy sauce. Together with the subtle sweetness of the roasted fennel this makes a really nice summery-tasting combo.
Ingredients
160 g pasta of your choice
For the roasted fennel:
1 medium sized fennel
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
For the sauce:
5 Tbsp cashew mayonnaise (Find the recipe here and just leave out the cilantro)
Lemon zest of 1/2 lime
2 Splashes of lime juice
1 Tbsp breadcrumbs (optional)
2 Tsp wild garlic, chopped (dried or fresh)
4 Tsp chives, chopped (fresh)
Salt
Black pepper
