Crispy Brussels sprouts topped with a warm dressing of ghee sautéed shallots and sage and toasted breadcrumbs. It basically tastes like stuffing in a bowl.
Ingredients
2 large Brussels sprout bunches
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons ghee {or olive oil}
2 shallots, thinly sliced
10 fresh sage leaves
small handful fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 pieces bread {whole-grain/gluten-free or otherwise}
sea salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
