Easy simple snacks for the whole family! gf+v

1 box of Gluten Free Oat Crackers

for the filling:
peanut butter
assorted fruit
tahini
cucumber
tomato
beans
salsa
anything!

For the cat face-sweet:
fruit leather for the ears
goji berries or fruit leather for the nose
melted chocolate for the eyes and mouth
shredded carrots for the whiskers

For the cat face – savory:
sliced grape tomatoes for the ears
a piece of olive or nut for the nose
a sliced olive for the eyes
shredded carrots for the whiskers.

For the Strawberry Shortcakes
1 box Gluten Free Oatmeal and Raisin Cookies
Coconut whipped cream (milkfat from a can of coconut milk, beat with 1 tbsp or two of powdered sugar)
Sliced Strawberries
1/4 cup of chocolate chips, melted
pepitas, optional
