Delicious Vegan Apple Crumble Bars
Here is a delicious and very easy-to-make apple crumble bar recipe that’s completely vegan and gluten-free. If you have gluten intolerance, remember to use gluten-free oats. Sometimes, oats can be gluten cross-contaminated.
For the crust
1 ½ cup oat flour
½ cup desiccated coconut
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons tahini (or another nut butter)
4 tablespoons maple syrup (or any sweetener of your choice, to taste)
1/3 cup plant-based milk of your choice
For the filling
2 large apples
½ orange
2 tablespoons coconut sugar (or another sweetener of your choice)
Cinnamon to taste
For the crumble topping
3 tablespoons of the crust mixture
1/2 cup mixed rolled oats, nuts, and dried fruit of your choice
