Coconut Crème brulee is easier to prepare than you might expect. And believe it or not, this coconut version is even better than the traditional recipe!
Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup light, unsweetened coconut milk
½ teaspoon pure coconut extract
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
5 egg yolks
½ cup granulated sugar + 2 tablespoons sugar for topping
½ cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
