This mango “yogurt” gets it’s rich, creamy texture from soaked macadamia nuts!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons water
2 cups mango cubes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, soaked in water at least 2 hours
1 teaspoon turmeric
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of half a small lemon
1 tablespoon maca powder (optional, but adds a nice malty flavor)
