This is a easy and healthy recipe based on traditional Indian Kchidhi.
Ingredients
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp cayenne
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp dried ginger
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 ½ cups brown rice
1 cup moong dal (lentils)
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
Salt & pepper to taste
