Easy and healthy banana oatmeal that takes under 2 minutes to make in the morning!
Ingredients
1/3 cup quick oats
1.5 tsp chia seeds
Heaping 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup low fat milk (I use 1%)
1/3 cup boiling water (or more)
2 tbsp egg whites (optional)
1 banana, sliced
1-2 tbsp almond butter
