Everything Bagel Soft Pretzels

Serves: 8 large pretzels or lots of mini bites
Imagine you take two favorite snacks and put them together to form a delicious Everything Bagel Soft Pretzel sandwich! Or cut them up bite size and serve them up with some mustard or hummus! I’m sold!
Ingredients
Everything Bagel Seasoning
4 tsp each:
dried Garlic Flakes
dried minced onion flakes
poppy seeds
sesame seeds
2 tsp kosher salt
Another option would be to just use Pretzel Salt
Pretzels
1½ cups warm (110 to 115 degrees F) water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 package active dry yeast
4½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ounces unsalted butter, melted
Vegetable oil, for greasing
10 cups water
⅔ cup baking soda
Egg wash: 1 large egg yolk beaten with 1 tablespoon water
