A healthy, slightly sweet cookie that is totally acceptable to eat first thing in the morning.
Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 cups oats (gluten-free if desired)
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Course sea salt for sprinkling
