Farmhouse Blueberry Scones

Rich & flakey blueberry scones, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar & served with lashings of butter, blueberry jam & freshly whipped cream.
Ingredients
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 teaspoon standard flour
3 medium-sized eggs (I used size 6’s)
3/4 cup fresh cream
3 cups standard flour
1/4 cup castor sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
150 grams butter
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon milk
1 tablaspoon castor sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
