This vegan fava bean dip is made with just 8 ingredients. The dip is great for snacking or as a spread for wraps and sandwiches!
Ingredients
2 cups shelled fava beans
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1/4 cup walnuts
1 clove of garlic
2 stalks of scallions, sliced
1/3 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt, more to taste
