This is my favorite fall green smoothie recipe! Loaded up with limitless super-boosters and antioxidants.
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
1 ripe pear
1/2 banana
2 cups kale
handful carrot tops {or parsley}
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups water + 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
pinch of himalayan sea salt
handful ice, optional
