Garlic Mashed Cauliflower | Low-Carb

Incredibly tasty yet still low carb, this spin on the classic is the best mashed cauliflower we’ve ever tasted. It’s easy to make vegan too.

Ingredients

½ cauliflower
4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp butter (use olive oil to make it vegan)
1 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
Salt to taste
