This ginger citrus pear smoothie is the perfect combination of sweet and tart, and the ginger gives it an extra little zing.
1 pear, cored
1 large naval orange, peeled (mine was 340 grams after peeling)
½ large lemon, peeled
½ inch fresh ginger root, peeled (mine was 8 grams)
½ cup Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
1 generous cup ice
