Ingredients
2x 14 to 15 oz cans chickpeas drained
1 tbsp fresh ginger very finely chopped
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds crushed
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp oil
1 garlic clove chopped into pieces
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, or white vinegar
3 tsp toasted sesame oil
3/4 tsp salt
9 tbsp water
4 tbsp raw tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp miso paste
