- 2 large teaspoons pure maple syrup (add more for your taste if you like it sweeter)
- ½ cup apple sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2½ cups gluten free oats
- ¾ cup chopped dry apple
- ¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut- optional
