An easy and super delicious gluten free waffle made with protein powder and oat flour. They can be made ahead of time and frozen for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack anytime!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1 scoop protein powder (33 grams)
1 cup cashew milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup egg whites
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 Tablespoon applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Sweetener of choice
