Ingredients
160 g (5.6 oz) Maseca Corn Masa Mix
80 g (2.8 oz) white rice flour
80 g (2.8 oz) sweet rice flour
40 g (1.4 oz) corn starch
20 g (0.7 oz) potato starch
20 g (0.7 oz) tapioca starch
2 cups boiling water
½ tsp salt
1 cup finely chopped scallion
¼ cup canola oil
