1 batch gluten free garbanzo bean noodles
¼ cup red bell peppers, sliced into batons
¼ cup yellow bell peppers, sliced into batons
¼ cup orange bell peppers, sliced into batons
1/3 cup zucchini, sliced into half-moons
¼ cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
½ medium red pepper, sliced into rings
Extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp. gluten-free tamari
1 tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
