Gluten-free, vegan baked donuts made with fresh roasted peaches and coated in cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
DRY INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup brown rice flour
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup potato starch
1/3 cup garbanzo bean flour
¼ cup corn starch
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp xanthan gum
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp baking soda
FOR TOPPING:
1/3 cup cinnamon sugar
WET INGREDIENTS:
2 peaches, with coconut oil for brushing
2 tbsp vanilla extract
¼ cup maple syrup
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
