Ingredients
1 tsp vegan margarine
1 1/2 cup steel cut oats
pinch of salt
2 cups water
2 1/2 cups soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
*1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 cup raisins
Nuts or seeds (optional to sprinkle on top)
