Greek Style Artichoke Pasta Salad

A Greek inspired cold pasta salad perfect for summer.
Ingredients
8 oz tri-color rotini pasta
3 oz Greek dressing (recipe below)
1 cup sliced black olives
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis
3 mini seedless cucumbers, sliced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
For The Greek Dressing:
2 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp water
1/2 tsp dry oregano
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
