Treat yourself (and perhaps your mother, considering it’s nearly Mother’s Day!) to a healthy breakfast. This is full of fruit, oats and nuts, and has no added sugar.
Ingredients
1 Granny Smith apple
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup yogurt
2/3 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 ½ tablespoons shredded coconut
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons raisins
