This is the most simple and one of the most delicious smoothies I have made. There is just something about the combination of yogurt and mango that goes so well together. This is not your regular mango lassi though, since I added some spinach. I like sneaking in spinach and romaine lettuce in my smoothies because they have a very mild taste but a high nutritional value.
1/2 cup honey Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup milk*
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 cup spinach
1/2 tbsp of honey or choice of sweetener
1/2 tsp cardamom powder or rose water or pinch of saffron (optional)
*Note: You can use any combination of milks or 3/4 cup of your choice.
