Green Shakshuka

This green shakshuka is a healthy dish filled with kale, collard greens and sunny side up eggs. It is splendid with a side of toast. Ready in 30 minutes!
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale, stems removed
1 bunch of collard greens, stems removed
2 tablespoons olive oil
generous pinch of salt
1 cup (160g) diced yellow onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
1 cup (25g) parsley, chopped
1/4 cup (6g) dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
6 large eggs
salt and pepper to taste
sumac for topping (optional)
aleppo pepper for topping (optional)
